FROM CONSTRUCTION
TO REAL ESTATE
Edward graduated from the University of Washington in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations.
After graduation, he spent seven years as a residential general contractor, gaining hands-on experience in construction, project management, property economics, and asset-level value creation.
That foundation continues to inform how he evaluates real estate, risk, capital, and execution today.
